Shipping & returns

Winthrop Mountain sports ships via UPS and USPS. We try our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Some products may take longer if there is a high volume of orders or if there are added shop services.

*Items that are subject to the oversized charge include but are not limited to:

- Skis

- Ski Packages

- Ski Poles

- Ski Bags 

- Wax Benches and Forms

- Rollerskis

 

In-store pickup

- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.

-Orders are usually ready within 24 hours after order confirmation.

-Please have your name or order number ready when picking up.

-We’ll hold your items for 14 days. If the Items are not picked up by then we will cancel the order and refund your payment.

Curbside pick-up

- Select the in-store pick-up option during checkout.

- Call us at 509-996-2886 with your name or order number and let us know you are here.

- No extra charge for curbside pickup.

Returns and Exchanges:

Return/Refund Policy:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new and unused condition and must be returned with all original packaging.

-Clothing items including shoes, boots, and apparel must be clean and unused with all original tags.

-Winthrop Mountain Sports does not issue shipping labels or credit shipping costs.

How to return/exchange an item

-Pack returned items with original packaging and ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

-Please include a copy of your receipt and a note describing the reason for the return or exchange.

-Due to the increase in orders, it is best to order the replacement item and we will refund the other. item/s when we receive them.
